PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic device including a conductive terminal that is safe for a human body and being easily manufactured in the therapeutic device for use in a potential therapeutic apparatus.SOLUTION: A therapeutic device 2 includes a large number of conductive protrusions 6 protruding from the surface of a base fabric 10, where the multiple protrusions are electrically connected to each other. Carbon yarns 4 are disposed on the back side of the base fabric. The carbon yarns penetrate through the base fabric from the back side to the surface and superposed with each other on the surface of the base fabric to form the protrusions.
