PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-woven fabric which can absorb and infiltrate liquid efficiently because liquid is hard to flow on the non-woven fabric when the liquid is poured on the non-woven fabric.SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric 1 comprises a basement 10 expanding in a shape of an about plane and plural convex parts 12 projecting from the basement. Each convex part comprises a peripheral surface part 12S standing up from the basement to a thickness direction Th of the non-woven fabric and shaping a peripheral surface 12SP in the basement side as a proximate end 12EB, and a top part 12T formed in a tip side 12ET of the peripheral surface part located in the other side with respect to the proximate end of the peripheral surface part.
