The present invention relates to a deodorizing device for removing odors of polluted air and a public socket for modularly manufacturing each processing unit used for the deodorizing device. The socket is composed of a box-type main body with opened front and back sides. An inner space of the main body is divided into a front side first space and a back side second space by a boundary step formed in a circumferential direction of an inner wall surface. A front end and a back end of the main body can be coupled and sealed from each other for a serial arrangement.
