PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information monitoring system and a biological information monitor capable of suppressing unnecessary alarm output and improving the reliability of an alarm. SOLUTION: An alarm is determined based on a movement detection unit 104 that detects the movement of a telemeter transmitter or a movable bedside monitor and biological information, and an alarm is suppressed based on a movement detection result by the movement detection unit 104. By providing the alarm control unit 103 to perform the alarm, unnecessary alarm output can be suppressed and the reliability of the alarm can be improved.
