PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of specifying a position information of a human body and a state information related to a state of the living body without attaching a radio or a sensor to the human body. SOLUTION: A transmitter / receiver 101 that transmits radio waves and receives signals wirelessly, receives the radio waves, converts the received radio waves into electric power, uses the electric power as a power source, and uses its own unique ID. It includes a sensor module 105 that transmits information to the transmitter / receiver. Further, the sensor module receives the radio wave from the transmitter / receiver, converts the received radio wave into electric power, and uses the electric power as a power source to transmit state information regarding the state of the living body to the transmitter / receiver.
