Intravascular devices, systems, and methods are disclosed. In some embodiments, an intravascular pressure measurement device is provided. The intravascular device includes a flexible elongate member including a proximal portion and a distal portion and a lumen extending therethrough. The lumen is configured to allow a guidewire to pass through. The tip portion of the flexible elongate member includes first and second tip portions. The second tip portion has an outer diameter that is smaller than the outer diameter of the first tip portion.
