To provide a lift for telescopic passenger stair which enables boarding of a disabled passenger having motility disturbance on an aircraft, and a telescopic aircraft passenger stair having this lift.SOLUTION: A lift is moved by a movable guide rail 4, which is installed in a lower side staircase which may be moved to an uppermost part of an upper side staircase if necessary, irrespective of a degree of elongation of a telescopic staircase. The guide rail in a lower side part functions as a stationery guide rail for an elevating platform 3 for a wheelchair passenger to turn over, and the platform is moved along the guide rail. When the platform arrives at an end of the guide rail, the platform is locked in proper place, and thereafter, the guide rail itself is moved along a track of an upper side part of a staircase 1, and the same is connected to the guide rail via a wheel.
