PURPOSE: A structure for regenerating skin tissue and artificial skin using the same are provided to adjust pore rate and size and to obtain excellent mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: A structure for regenerating skin tissue is manufactured into a three-dimensional structure in a stage where the surface temperature of biocompatible material is maintained at minus 50-0 deg.C. The frozen and dried pore size is 100-300 micrometers. The strand of the frozen and dried structure is cross-linked after freezing and drying.본 발명은 콜라겐 등의 조직공학용 생체적합성 재료를 이용한 피부조직 재생용 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 자세하게는 피부조직 재생을 위한 세포 배양용 구조체를 제조함에 있어서 콜라겐과 같은 생체적합성 재료를 극저온 플로팅법으로 제조한 분배 구조체 및 이를 이용한 인공피부에 관한 것이다.
