A disclosed X-ray device according to the present invention includes: a hollow body unit having a space therein； an X-ray source unit provided inside the body unit to emit electrons； and an anode unit coupled to the body unit to face the X-ray source unit, and generating X-rays or light by collision with the electrons to guide the X-rays or light to the outside of the body unit. The X-ray source unit includes at least one source portion for generating the electrons, and a focusing portion provided with at least one mounting groove having a shape corresponding to at least one source portion so that one source portion can be inserted therein, and focusing and discharging the electrons generated from the source portion to the outside. According to the configuration, the source portion can be easily aligned, and electron emission efficiency due to a dual electric field can be improved.개시된 본 발명에 의한 엑스레이장치는, 내부에 공간을 가지는 중공의 몸체유닛, 몸체유닛의 내부에 마련되어, 전자를 방출하는 엑스레이 소스유닛 및 엑스레이 소스유닛과 마주하도록 몸체유닛에 결합되어, 전자와의 충돌에 의해 엑스선 또는 광을 발생시켜 몸체유닛의 외부로 안내하는 애노드유닛을 포함하며, 엑스레이 소스유닛은, 전자를 발생시키는 적어도 하나의 소스부 및 적어도 하나의 소스부가 삽입 가능하도록 적어도 하나의 소스부와 대응되는 형상을 가지는 적어도 하나의 설치홈이 마련되어, 소스부로부터 발생된 전자를 외부로 포커싱하여 방출시키는 포커싱부를 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의하면, 소스부의 정렬이 용이하며, 듀얼 전계 가능에 따른 전자 방출 효율을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
