PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide triangular Inari-sushi (flavored boiled rice wrapped in deep-fried Tofu) and a method for producing the triangular Inari-sushi excelling in finish appearance, hardly breaking Aburaage (deep-fried Tofu) during a step of wrapping an inserted rice lump, and improving work efficiency with a simple forming work step of the triangular Inari-sushi out of which rice is hardly spilled.SOLUTION: Inari-sushi 6 includes a rice lump 5 inserted in a substantially triangular flavored Aburaage 1 having two oblique side parts 6c and a base part 6d. Two adjacent sides of a rectangular flavored Aburaage 1 are opened and separated into an upper skin layer 1a and a lower skin layer 1b to form a bag shape having side parts 1d at which the upper skin layer 1a and the lower skin layer 1b are connected. The rice lump 5 is inserted between the upper skin layer 1a and the lower skin layer 1b of the Aburaage, and the upper skin layer 1a and the lower skin layer 1b on the opening side are mutually folded. The side parts 1d of the Aburaage at which the upper skin layer 1a and the lower skin layer 1b are connected, form the two oblique side parts 6c, and a mutually folded part of the upper skin layer 1a and lower skin layer 1b forms the base part 6c.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】シャリがこぼれ落ちづらい三角形状のいなり寿司であって、仕上がり外観に優れ、挿入したシャリ塊を包みこむ工程中に油揚げが破れにくく、かつ、成形作業工程が簡便で作業効率が向上する三角形状のいなり寿司及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】2つの斜辺部6cと底辺部6dを有する略三角形状の味付け油揚げ1の内部にシャリ塊5が挿入されているいなり寿司6であって、矩形状の味付け油揚げ1の隣り合う2辺が開口し、上皮層1aと下皮層1bに分離され袋状になっており、上皮層1aと下皮層1bが連なる側部1dを有する油揚げの、上皮層1aと下皮層1bとの間にシャリ塊5が挿入され、開口側の上皮層1aと下皮層1bが互いに折り重ねられ、上皮層1aと下皮層1bが連なる油揚げの側部1dが、2つの斜辺部6cとなり、上皮層1aと前記下皮層1bを互いに折り重ねた部分が底辺部6cなっている。【選択図】図5
