PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a packing work efficient by automating a rising and folding back work for closing an opening of a fried bean curd containing sushi rice.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an inarizushi comprises: a process of arresting the progress of a half-formed inarizushi R, obtained by folding downward an upper skin remaining end Q1 of an opening side of a fried bean curd Q filled with sushi rice P, in a conveying direction with a finish conveying structure V1 to position a process of folding back a lower skin remaining end Q2 of the opening side of the fried bean curd Q to the down side of the upper skin remaining end Q1 of the opening side which has been folded downward, by standing the positioned half-formed inarizushi R by 90° with a standing device D while operating the finish conveying structure V1 and a process of pushing an upper and lower skin bottom face Q3 side, which has faced upward by standing the half-formed inarizushi R by 90°, toward the finish conveying structure V1 from the upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】寿司飯を入れた油揚の開口部の口閉めを行うための立ち上げ折り返し作業の自動化により、パック詰めする際の効率化を図る。【解決手段】寿司飯Pを充填した油揚Qの開口部側の上皮余端Q1を下方に折り込んでなる半成形いなり寿司Rを、仕上搬送機構V1′によって搬送する方向で堰き止めて位置決めする工程と、位置決めした半成形いなり寿司Rを仕上搬送機構V1′を動作しつつ立上装置Dで90°立上ることで、油揚Qの開口部側の下皮余端Q2を、前記下方に折り込んである開口部側の上皮余端Q1の下側に折り返えす工程と、半成形いなり寿司Rが90°立上ったことで上方に向いた油揚Qの上下皮底面Q3側を上方から仕上搬送機構V1′側に向けて押し付ける工程とを有する。【選択図】図5
