The present invention relates to a new type of granular convenience food using fruits and fruit vegetables; and to a manufacturing method of the granular convenience food. The manufacturing method of the granular convenience food comprises the steps of degrading pectin and cellulose in ground fruits and fruit vegetables by using a conjugated enzyme consisting of pectinase and cellulase; filtering the ground fruits and fruit vegetables degraded with the enzyme to obtain an extract; concentrating the extract to manufacture a concentrate of fruits and fruit vegetables; mixing glucose, chicory fiber, citric acid, lactose and vitamin C with the concentrate of fruits and fruit vegetables obtained in the previous step and performing a kneading process to obtain a paste; molding the paste; and passing the molded paste through a sieve and hot-air drying the same to manufacture a granular convenience food using fruits and fruit vegetables. The present invention has an effect of providing a new type of granular convenience food using fruits or fruit vegetables. In addition, the present invention reduces destruction of nutritive components in fruits and fruit vegetables and increases the content of dietary fiber by using a low-temperature enzyme extraction process. In addition, the present invention secures excellent palatability while maintaining the specific taste and color of fruits and fruit vegetables, thereby enhancing the values of fruits and fruit vegetables in aspects of nutrition, functionality, quality and palatability.
