PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a pen type injection needle from a pen type injection needle by one hand.SOLUTION: A pen type injection needle includes: a hub having an outside surface and an inside surface an injection needle which is mounted to the hub, and has an injection end and a non-injection end, the hub having a recessed part surrounding the non-injection end of the injection needle to receive a pen type syringe two opposite tabs located on the outside surface of the hub and a plurality of first gripping elements which are provided on the inside surface of the hub, which are connected to a plurality of second gripping elements on the outside surface of the syringe to removably fix the pen type injection needle to the pen type syringe.
