PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container capable of storing a prescribed volume of a food such as a beverage and that of carbon dioxide, and to provide a method for manufacturing a beverage package capable of manufacturing a food such as a beverage in which a prescribed amount of carbon dioxide is dissolved.SOLUTION: The packaging container is provided with an outer container formed of a carbon dioxide impermeable material, and a partitioning part formed of a carbon dioxide permeable material in the outer container, to be equipped with a food storing part such as a beverage and a carbon dioxide storing part.
