According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for forming a heating surface cover part on the surface of a main body comprises the steps of: (a) removing oil; (b) applying a primer to the surface of a main body; (c) applying an adhesive onto the surface of the main body to which the primer was applied; (d) flocking a pile, comprising a powder, on the surface of the main body; and (e) heat treating the main body on which the pile was flocked, and removing dust.
