PURPOSE: A production method of an Allium hookeri capsule is provided to enable users to easily intake abundant sulfur components in Allium hookeri granules. CONSTITUTION: Allium hookeri is washed and cut (102). The cut Allium hookeri is dried (104). The dried Allium hookeri is pulverized into a size of 200-400 to obtain Allium hookeri powder (106). The Allium hookeri powder is mixed with molding additives to obtain Allium hookeri paste (108). The Allium hookeri paste is molded into Allium hookeri granules using 0.1-0.2 mm mesh net (110). The Allium hookeri granules are encapsulated to obtain Allium hookeri capsules (114). The Allium hookeri is dried until the water content is 5-15%. The molding additive includes an Allium hookeri extract or glutinous rice gruel, and 10-30wt% of molding additive is added to 70-90wt% of Allium hookeri powder.
