According to the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for ammonia removal and oxygen enrichment and applications thereof. The apparatus mainly consists of a storage tank, a first water diversion tray, a second water diversion tray, a water supply pipe and a drain pipe, wherein the storage tank forms a storage space, and at the top of which an air inlet communicating with the storage space is provided. The first water diversion tray and the second water diversion tray respectively forms a plurality of manifold holes provided in the storage space and located at the top and bottom in the storage tank. The first water diversion tray defines a water inlet space for the storage space, and the second water diversion tray defines a water collection space for the storage space. The water outlet of the water supply pipe is provided on top of the storage tank communicating with the water inlet space, and the drain pipe is installed under the storage tank communicating with the water collection space.
