A Bionic Simulation System for photoacoustic imaging apparatus. The photoacoustic imaging apparatus includes an optical fiber for guiding laser light, and a probe for receiving ultrasound signal. The bionic simulation system includes a pump, a guiding pipe connecting to the pump, and a testing module connecting to the guiding pipe. Said testing module includes a housing, a bionic vessel disposed in the housing, and a bionic unit disposed over the bionic vessel. The bionic unit has at least one layer of bionic tissue composed of water, gelatin, and graphite powder.
