The present invention relates to a catheter for removing foreign material from a blood vessel. The catheter comprises an insertion pipe which is inserted in a blood vessel and has a foreign material discharging pipe branched in one side thereof; a moving pulverizing unit which is inserted in the blood vessel while being accommodated in the insertion pipe and pulverizes foreign material in the blood vessel after being discharged to the outside of the insertion pipe; a foreign material moving net which is coupled with the front end of the moving pulverizing unit, guides the pulverized foreign material into the side of the insertion pipe, and is formed in a wrapper tube shape having a diameter which becomes smaller from the opened front end to the rear end coupled with the moving pulverizing unit; and a pressurizing wire which has one end fixed to an inner wall in the front end of the foreign material moving net, has the other end extended to the outside thereof, and applies pressure to the top end of the foreign material moving net, and changes the shape of the foreign material moving net. The foreign material moving net comprises a feeding net which has an opened top end and feeds the foreign material therein; a flowing net which is connected with the feeding net and provides a path for moving the foreign material; and a discharging net which couples the flowing net with the moving pulverizing unit and discharges the foreign material into the insertion pipe.
