A pig feed capable of increasing the content of unsaturated fatty acid in pork fat. The pig feed contains microalgae with eicosapentaenoic acid, wherein the content by weight of the eicosapentaenoic acid is 0.005%-0.12%. The pig feed can effectively increase the content of unsaturated fatty acid in pork fat of pigs bred with the pig feed, especially, the content of eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid in ω-3 unsaturated fatty acid.
