Papain is suitable as the plant enzyme 15, a lactic-fermented product of bamboo powder 11 obtained by cutting Phyllostachys pubescens is suitable as the lactic fermentation raw material bamboo powder 14. Bamboo leaf powder 20 obtained by pulverizing bamboo leaves that include bamboo branches, or small bamboo leaf pieces obtained by shredding bamboo leaves that include bamboo branches, may be mixed.
