The present invention relates to a wild grass complex fermented liquid and a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to a wild grass complex fermented liquid having an increased flavor while preventing the loss of active ingredients contained in wild grass as much as possible, and to a method for preparing the same, wherein the wild grass complex fermented liquid is obtained by preparing a wild grass complex fermented composition through the mixing of a wild grass sugar fermented material and a wild grass hot-water extract, which are prepared using wild grass, and then adding yeast or lactic acid bacteria to the wild grass complex fermented composition, followed by complex fermentation. The wild grass complex fermented liquid of the present invention is prepared by comprising: a wild grass sugar fermented material preparation step of adding sugar and beneficial microorganisms to wild grass to prepare a wild grass sugar fermented material; a wild grass hot-water extract preparation step of preparing a wild grass hot-water extract through the hot-water extraction of the wild grass, wherein the wild grass hot-water extract preparation step is conducted selectively simultaneously with, before, or after the wild grass sugar fermented material preparation step; a wild grass complex fermented composition preparation step of mixing the wild grass sugar fermented material, prepared in the wild grass sugar fermented material preparation step, and the wild grass hot-water extract, prepared in the wild grass hot-water extract preparation step, to prepare a wild grass complex fermented composition; and a complex fermentation step of adding yeast or lactic acid bacteria to the wild grass complex fermented composition prepared in the wild grass complex fermented composition preparation step, followed by fermentation.본 발명은 산야초복합발효액 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 산야초를 이용하여 산야초당발효물과 산야초열수추출물을 제조한 뒤 혼합하여 산야초복합발효조성물을 제조하고, 산야초복합발효조성물에 효모 또는 유산균을 첨가하여 복합발효시켜서 제조함으로써, 산야초에 포함되
