PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactic fermented bamboo powder and a lactic fermented bamboo liquid each widely usable for feed and fertilizer of livestock, agricultural products and other animals and plants.SOLUTION: The lactic fermented bamboo powder is obtained by mixing plant enzyme 15 and a bamboo charcoal powder 16 with a lactic fermented raw material bamboo powder 14 as the main raw material. Papain is suitable for the plant enzyme 15, and a material obtained by lactic fermenting bamboo powder 11 obtained by cutting Moso-chiku (Phyllostachys pubescens) is suitable for the lactic fermented raw material bamboo powder 14. It is all right to mix a bamboo leaf powder obtained by crushing bamboo leaves including bamboo branches, or bamboo leaf fragments obtained by shredding bamboo leaves including bamboo branches. The lactic fermented bamboo liquid is obtained by mixing the lactic fermented raw material bamboo powder 14 as the main raw material, the plant enzyme 15 and the bamboo charcoal powder 16 followed by adding water, and extracting the product, or by mixing the plant enzyme 15 and the bamboo charcoal powder 16 with the lactic fermented raw material bamboo powder 14 as the main raw material, adding the bamboo leaf powder obtained by crushing bamboo leaves including bamboo branches, or the bamboo leaf fragments obtained by shredding bamboo leaves including bamboo branches, and water to the mixture, and extracting the product.
