PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactic fermented bamboo powder and a lactic fermented bamboo liquid each widely usable for feed and fertilizer of livestock, agricultural products and other animals and plants.SOLUTION: The lactic fermented bamboo powder is obtained by mixing plant enzyme 15 and a bamboo charcoal powder 16 with a lactic fermented raw material bamboo powder 14 as the main raw material. Papain is suitable for the plant enzyme 15, and a material obtained by lactic fermenting bamboo powder 11 obtained by cutting Moso-chiku (Phyllostachys pubescens) is suitable for the lactic fermented raw material bamboo powder 14. It is all right to mix a bamboo leaf powder obtained by crushing bamboo leaves including bamboo branches, or bamboo leaf fragments obtained by shredding bamboo leaves including bamboo branches.
