To provide a haemagglutinating fiber in which agglutinating action of blood cells is exerted immediately upon contact with menstrual blood and agglutinating action of blood cells is not easily reduced even when repeatedly contacted with menstrual blood.A haemagglutinating fiber of the present invention has a hemagglutinating agent on the fiber surface, and the fractal dimension of the fiber surface is 1.0170 or more. It is preferable that the fibers are hydrophilic fibers. It is also preferable that the fibers are fibrillated.
