PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece which needs only wearing the mouthpiece to exercise for learning ideal smile and which also allows a person whose oral functions (mainly the muscles around the mouth and tongue functions for eating, swallowing, and articulation) are deteriorated due to a brain disease aftereffect, a nervous intractable disease, aging, etc., a person having a tongue habit, and a person recommended to perform a health exercise of the mouth and tongue to need only the mouthpiece to efficiently and easily learn correct movements of the mouth and tongue without constant instructions given by a specialist such as a medical doctor, and a dentist.SOLUTION: A mouthpiece 1 comprises an upper dentition contact part 2, an upper lip contact part 3, and an upper jaw contact part 4. The upper dentition contact part 2 comprises a wall surface 2a and a bottom surface 2b and the wall surface 2a has a through hole 5 bored therein. The upper lip contact part 3 is formed integrally with the top of the wall surface 2a and has a concave shape at the upper side.
