PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a composition suppressing fatty liver and nephromegaly which is highly likely to be caused by diabetes by containing an earthworm as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: A fermented earthworm is obtained by mixing an earthworm into fermentation liquid, which is obtained by inoculating yeast into extract from fruits and vegetables, to ferment the earthworm, Panax notoginseng is mixed into the fermented earthworm, the mixture is fermented and dried to obtain a fermented mixture, and a composition suppressing fatty liver and nephromegaly caused by diabetes is obtained by mixing ants and ginkgo leaves into the fermented mixture.【課題】ミミズを有効成分として含有することにより、糖尿病によって引き起こされる可能性が高い脂肪肝及び腎肥大を抑制する組成物を提案することを目的とする。【解決手段】青果エキスに酵母を接種して得た発酵液に、ミミズを混入して該ミミズを発酵させることで発酵ミミズを得、この発酵ミミズに田七人参を混合し発酵乾燥させて発酵混合物を得、この発酵混合物に蟻とイチョウ葉を混合して得た糖尿病による脂肪肝及び腎肥大を抑制する組成物。【選択図】図１
