PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body motion discrimination device capable of discriminating a type of a walking motion.SOLUTION: A body motion discrimination device 100 calculates on the basis of a detection signal being a signal varied according to a walking motion, at least one of a swing leg former period of time, a swing leg latter period of time, and a swing leg full period of time. The swing leg former period of time is a period of time in which a swing leg former period is formed in one walking cycle. The swing leg latter period of time is a period of time in which a swing leg latter period is formed in one walking cycle. The swing leg full period of time is a period of time in which a swing leg period is formed in one walking cycle.
