PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that more securely generates the information of blood pressures including venous ones.SOLUTION: The generator uses a first pressure period of time when a pressure beyond the systolic period blood pressure is applied to a pressured region of a living body, and a second pressure period of time when the pressure applied in the first pressure period of time is gradually reduced. In the second pressure period of time, near-infrared ray is irradiated to an inspection region of the living body distally located from the pressured region to photograph an image of the near-infrared ray transmitting the inspection part. The data including the luminance of each photographed image and the pressure when this image is obtained corresponds to each other are stored and arranged in chronological order to form a luminance transition curve. On the luminance transition curve, several points appear where the luminance makes characteristic changes.
