The invention is directed toward an instrumentation kit used to replace a damaged human knee joint meniscus with an allograft meniscus implant. The kit includes a workstation having a base and upright end sections with a clamping assembly is mounted on the end sections and a movable cutting guide mounted to a side wall of each end section. The tibia is then drilled with a drill to a desired depth and length and a groove is formed in the tibia with an osteotome so that the width is the same as the width of the bone base of the meniscus implant which has been trimmed in the workstation.Linvention concerne une trousse dinstruments utilisée pour remplacer un ménisque darticulation du genou humain endommagé par un implant de ménisque dallogreffe. La trousse comprend un poste de travail ayant une base et des sections dextrémité verticales avec un ensemble de serrage qui est monté sur les sections dextrémité et un guide de coupe mobile monté sur une paroi latérale de chaque section dextrémité. Le tibia est ensuite percé avec un foret à une profondeur souhaitée et une longueur souhaitée et une rainure est formée dans le tibia avec un ostéotome, de telle sorte que la largeur est la même que la largeur de la base osseuse de limplant de ménisque qui a été taillé dans le poste de travail.
