A dental implant device includes an implant (1), a base (2) and a fastening bolt (3). The exterior surface of the implant (1) consists of a columned upper portion (100) provided with micro threads (12), a conical middle portion (101) provided with main threads (11) and a group of cutting grooves (19), and a spherical lower portion (102). The interior of the implant (1) is a cavity of three segments. The upper segment is a conical hole (16) the middle segment is a columned hole (17) the lower segment is a threaded hole (18). A column (23) and a cone (28) engaging with the columned hole (17) and conical hole (16) respectively are provided on the base (2). Protruding keys (15) and key slots (22) engaging with each other are provided on the column (23) and the cone (28) respectively. The fastening bolt (3) is engaged with the threaded hole (18) to connect the base (2) to the implant (1).Linvention concerne un dispositif dimplant dentaire comprenant un implant (1), une base (2) et un écrou de fixation (3). La surface extérieure de limplant (1) comprend une partie supérieure cylindrique (100) dotée de micro-filets (12), une partie intermédiaire conique (101) dotée de filets principaux (11) et dun groupe de rainures de taille (19) et une partie inférieure sphérique (102). Lintérieur de limplant (1) est une cavité en trois parties. La partie supérieure est constituée dun trou conique (16), la partie intermédiaire est formée dun trou cylindrique (17) et la partie inférieure est un trou fileté (18). Un cylindre (23) et un cône (28) en contact avec le trou cylindrique (17) et le trou conique (16) sont respectivement disposés sur une base (2). Des clavettes saillantes(15) et des fentes de clavette (22) en contact les unes avec les autres sont placées respectivement sur le cylindre (23) et le cône (28). Lécrou de fixation (3) coopère avec le trou fileté (18) pour connecter la base (2) à limplant (1).
