PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rice cracker-like baked confectionery which allows a manufacturing process to be simplified with a shortened manufacturing time, suitable for a small lot production of rice crackers having various flavors and tastes； and a rice cracker-like baked confectionary manufactured by the method.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a rice cracker-like baked confectionery includes the steps of adding saccharides and water to raw rice and raw cereal so as to be ultra-micronized and formed into paste, adding a thickener to the paste so as to be mixed, forming the mixture so as to be baked.
