PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel cleaning device for wheelchairs of a novel structure, capable of simply performing cleaning/wiping work of wheels for a wheelchair in a space saving manner.SOLUTION: The wheel cleaning device for wheelchairs includes: a passage part 18 allowing passage of a wheelchair 12 and a wheel cleaning part 98 and a wheel wiping part 100 that are disposed on width-directional both sides of the passage part 18 and sequentially disposed from an entrance to an exit of the passage part 18. The wheel cleaning part 98 includes drive rollers 30 rotatingly driving wheels 102 of the wheelchair 12, and brush rollers 28 for removing dirt attached to the wheels 102. The wheel wiping part 100 includes the drive rollers 30 rotatingly driving the wheels 102, and wiping rollers 32 for wiping surfaces of the wheels 102.
