SOLUTION: On a distal end part 18, a vibration element array 24 comprising a plurality of vibration elements 26 is provided. The vibration element array 24 functions as a sensor for measuring a distance in respective directions. In addition to an image by a camera with a front visual field provided inside the distal end part 18, by displaying the distance information of the respective directions by a color phase, safety is improved in the inserting operation of the distal end part or the like or the distal end part is appropriately positioned.
