PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using horse bone as a main ingredient, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable eaters to easily intake various nutrients, and to prevent the side effects. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food using horse bone as a main ingredient comprises the following steps: boiling the horse bone or horse meat in water for 30~60minutes, to remove blood; mixing 30kg of horse bone or horse meat with 15kg of water, and heating the mixture for 92hours at 110~130deg C using a steamer for obtaining an extract; rapidly cooling the horse bone, and crushing to obtain horse bone powder; mixing adlay, auricularia auricular, buckwheat, and other ingredients, and crushing to obtain an additive; mixing the horse bone extract, horse bone powder, and the additive, and molding pills with the mixture; and drying the pills at 60~80deg C for 6~8hours.
