PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool with one direction bending function for endoscope, which is structured simple using a flexible tube (multilumen tube) as a sheath while can be securely bent by remote operation to have excellent durability, and further has good linearity to be easily usable.SOLUTION: A sheath 1 is formed by a multilumen tube with a main lumen 4 and a sub-lumen 5. A bending operation wire 15 is inserted and disposed in the sub-lumen 5 forward/backward movably in the axial line direction. At least the sub-lumen 5 is formed on a position eccentric from the axial line of the sheath 1.
