PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a production cost due to a decrease in a profit rate due to reduction in quality evaluation of a dried laver production facility, an increase in energy cost due to deterioration in an energy consumption basic unit, and an increase in a maintenance cost required for maintenance work under an adverse environment of midnight, a midwinter season or the like.SOLUTION: In a system for supporting the maintenance of the quality of a dried laver production device or the retroaction of a quality deterioration cause, supporting maintenance work, and supporting reduction of an energy cost price in production, element information comprising state data of dried laver quality due to information confirmed by a sensor provided in the device and a laver producer, data of an operation state sensor of a management apparatus, data of a natural environment sensor, and control data adjusted for quality maintenance by the laver producer as one set is stored, and partial information for associating a data group with maintenance information of the management apparatus is found.
