PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive apparatus for audiometric evaluation, convenient to carry around, so as to be capable of adapting early to prevention of an accident or a deterioration in cognitive capacity by simply and surely grasping practical audibility of subjects such as aged persons, infants and patients without measuring average sound pressure of non-pure sounds, and detecting the degree of deterioration of audibility and that of the deterioration of the cognitive capacity.SOLUTION: The apparatus for audiometric evaluation includes a means (A) for storing a series of pieces of non-pure sound information, a non-pure sound information output means (B), pure sound information output means (C), an output sound signal selection switch means (D), an amplified output means (E), a sound pressure adjusting means (F), and a sound reproduction means (G).
