PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that there is a prime task of breaking down a current state that the management of a cultured laver fishery household is thrown into serious crisis, and activating production, in view of the fact that laver culturing net damage by fish caused by the development of a fishing ground making technology occurs frequently, and additionally, protection of birds progresses and laver culturing net damage by foreign birds occurs simultaneously.SOLUTION: A laver culturing net adopts a technology of preventing damage by fish and birds, and additionally, a seawater electrolytic technology decreasing even the number of bacteria adhering to a laver leaf body. Furthermore, an electric power which generates ≥30 ppb of copper ion having effect of killing competitive plankton in red tide as a laver production inhibitor is performed by electric power with a solar power generator and a wind power generator.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】漁場造成技術の開発に伴う魚類による養殖ノリ網の食害が多発して加えて鳥類の保護が進行し外来鳥類の養殖ノリ網の食害も重なり、養殖ノリ漁家の経営に重大な危機を迎えている現状を打破し、生産を活性化する急務がある。【解決手段】魚類と鳥類の食害防止技術を採用するとともに、併せてノリ葉体付着細菌数をも低減する海水電気分解技術のほかに赤潮などノリ生産阻害因子である競合プランクトンも死滅させる効果のある銅イオンを30ppb以上発生させる電力を太陽光発電装置と風力発電装置などの電力により行う。【選択図】図1
