PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component dental adhesive which exhibits excellent bonding strength to tooth, especially to dentin, and exhibits high bonding strength with even one step visible light irradiation when it is used in combination with a photocurable composite resin.
SOLUTION: The dental adhesive includes a first agent containing an acidic group-containing polymerizable monomer (a) and a powdered inorganic peroxide (c) having an average particle size of 0.001-100 &mum, and a second agent containing an amine-based reducing agent (d). A polymerizable monomer (b) which does not have an acidic group and water (e) are each contained in one or both of the first agent and the second agent. The content of water (e) is 1 to 40 wt.% based on the total weight of the dental adhesive.
