PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device capable of performing detection associated with irradiation with a radiation with a simple structure, a radiation image photography device, and a radiation image photography system.SOLUTION: A pixel 20 includes a TFT switch 4, a sensor part 103, and a TFT switch 42 as a source follower circuit 40. The TFT switch 42 has a gate terminal connected to the sensor part 103, one end connected to an exclusive wiring line 44, and the other end connected to a radiation detection wiring line 122. In a radiation detection mode, the TFT switch 42 is switched with an electric charge generated by the sensor part 103, and an electric charge corresponding to the electrical charge generated by the sensor part 103 is output to the radiation detection wiring line 122.
