PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of accurately detecting an incidence start time of radial rays and suppressing deterioration in the quality of a picked-up radiation image.SOLUTION: A radiation detector comprises: a detection part including thin film transistors provided in multiple regions that are defined by multiple control lines and multiple data lines, and being configured to convert a radial ray into electrical information a control circuit 31 which switches an ON state and an OFF state of the thin film transistors a signal detection circuit 32 which is electrically connected with the multiple data line and detects a current flowing in at least one data line and an image data acquisition part 6.
