The present invention relates to a plant cultivation system which effectively seals a cultivation space. The plant cultivation system comprises: a first cultivation room having a cultivation space for accommodating a plant cultivation stand; a second cultivation room accommodating the first cultivation room and having a buffer space provided outside the first cultivation room; and at least one air conditioning unit provided in the first and second cultivation rooms for controlling air, wherein the air conditioning unit can control air so that the pressure in the buffer space of the second cultivation room becomes negative pressure.
