PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external pharmaceutical composition which has high stability of liranaftate and can prevent pigmentation.SOLUTION: An external pharmaceutical composition containing (A) liranaftate and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and (B) one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a local anesthetic, anti-inflammatory agent, vitamin agent, and bactericide is prepared. In the external pharmaceutical composition obtained, liranaftate and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are stabilized.
