PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface-greening panel to which plants are readily and easily planted while having an extremely light and compact structure, so as to perform watering in an ideal environment.SOLUTION: The wall surface-greening panel includes a fiber mat plate 1 obtained by three-dimensionally aggregating fibers in a prescribed thickness and having water permeability and water retention owing to minute spaces formed between the fibers. The fiber mat plate 1 opens at the front surface and is provided with a plurality of planting-retention holes 2 into which plants S are planted to be retained.
