The present invention relates to a garlic bulb seeding hopper with a simple structure, which forms a size of a seeding hole as a size of the garlic bulb to prevent the garlic bulb from lying inside the seeding hole while inducing upright seedling for an uprooting part of the garlic bulb to face the ground, wherein the garlic bulb seeding hopper comprises: a seedling blade part having a fixing pipe body which has an upper and lower portions with opened shapes and to which a garlic bulb is supplied, and first and second blade members having a semi-quadrangular pyramid shape corresponding to each other and having an upper portion rotatably coupled to a hinge shaft provided at one or the other side of the lower portion of the fixing pipe body； and an operation part having a driving pipe body disposed to move up and down within the fixed pipe body while having opened upper and lower portions and having a solenoid for moving the movable tube upward and downward.본 발명은 마늘 종구의 발근부가 지면을 향하도록 직립 파종을 유도하면서 파종 시 마늘 종구가 파종공 내부에 눕지 않도록 파종공의 크기를 마늘 종구의 크기만큼 형성하는, 구조가 단순한 마늘 종구 파종호퍼에 관한 것으로, 상부 및 하부가 열린 형상을 가지며 내부로 마늘 종구가 공급되는 고정관체와, 서로 대응하는 반사각뿔 형상으로 가지면서 상부가 고정관체의 하부 일측 및 타측에 마련된 힌지축에 상부가 회동가능하게 결합되는 제 1 및 제 2 삽날부재를 가지는 파종 삽날부； 및 상부 및 하부가 열린 형상을 가지면서 고정관체 내부에 승강 가능하게 배치되는 가동관체와, 가동관체를 승강시키는 솔레노이드를 가지는 작동부；를 포함한다.
