PURPOSE: A garlic pipe sowing device is provided to minimize movement of garlic after the garlic falls by putting the garlic into a frame, which has a pipe shape and passes through the ground, so that the garlic goes into the ground； and to seed garlic regularly. CONSTITUTION: A garlic pipe sowing device is formed with a pipe-shaped frame which passes through the ground. Garlic goes into the ground when the garlic is put into the frame which passes through the ground, where the movement of the garlic is minimized after the garlic falls into the frame in order to regularly seed the garlic. The pipe-shape frame, which passes through the ground, improves problems of the moving garlic which is caused by irregular falling of garlic, and of the irregular seeding depth which is generated when the garlic is seeded.
