The present invention relates to a vinyl greenhouse ventilation method and an apparatus therefor. A pair of vertical operation members are coupled to both sides of a skylight frame on a skylight opening and closing a roof aperture part positioned on the side of a skylight on a vinyl-coated vinyl greenhouse, and the pair of vertical operation members are vertically movably installed on a guide member fixed on a pair of horizontal poles crossing longitudinally the roof aperture part of the vinyl green house.
