The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing skylights of a plastic sheet or glass greenhouse, opening and closing two skylights by using a single switch. The skylights installed on both sides of a ridge of the plastic sheet or glass greenhouse in the present invention are opened and closed by being rotated, while having one side coupled with the ridge. Semicircular racks are coupled with the lower side of the skylights to be rotated. The semicircular racks are located on the center of an opening and closing guide device, while being in gear with both sides of a pinion rotated by rotating power of the switch； and the outer side of the racks in gear with the pinion is supported by a support roller of the opening and closing guide.본 발명은 비닐 또는 유리온실의 천창을 개폐하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 하나의 개폐기를 이용하여 두 개의 천창을 개폐시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다.본 발명은 비닐 또는 유리온실의 용마루 양쪽에 설치되는 천창은 용마루에 일측이 결합된 채로 회동되며 개폐되게 하고, 상기 천창의 아래쪽에는 반달형 래크가 회동 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 반달형 래크는 개폐 가이드장치의 중앙에 위치하되 개폐기의 회전동력에 의해 회전되는 피니언의 양쪽에 치합 되게 하고, 상기 피니언에 치합된 래크의 외측은 개폐 가이드장치의 받침롤러로 받쳐지게 함으로써 이루어지게 된다.
