The present invention provides a ventilator having excellent operation relating to a vinyl opening and closing mechanism for a window of a greenhouse. The present invention is a device for opening and closing a window vinyl 7 in a greenhouse 1 and is provided with two hoisting ropes 2 and 3 separately, and by operating a motor unit 5, the window vinyl 7 is installed. It is a ventilation device in which a release part (window) 10 is opened and closed with a vinyl winding pipe 6 by winding or rewinding vinyl 7 and at the same time the motor part 5 operates in conjunction with it.
