The present invention relates to a method of providing information for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) diagnosis using a magnetic resonance spectroscopy image of hyperpolarized [1-13C] pyruvate C13 and, more specifically, to a method of providing a quantitative biomarker for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosis by measuring quantitative changes of various cell metabolites for 0 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks during a diet period for an animal model of a nonalcoholic fatty liver disease derived by high-fat diet (HFD) consumption in real time at intervals of second units.
